We live on love and fresh water and don't need anything, but if you want to give us a gift, we would be delighted to drink a sake to your health during our honeymoon...
We are not going to lie to you, Sauvigny-les-Bois is not full of tourist activities. On the other hand, Nevers, former capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, is right next to it, and wine too! Discover the cool activities to do in the region.

Should I come to church?
There is no obligation to come. The church is located in the small village of Sauvigny-les-Bois, 8 minutes from the Manoir de Thiot. The blessing should last 1 hour maximum. The church being small, the first to arrive will be the first seated.
Where is the reception?
With us, at the Manoir de Thiot, Thiot n8, 58160 in Sauvigny-les-Bois, France. Signs will indicate the entrance to the premises. Follow the road that takes you straight to our green gate.

Are there any dangers on the road?
Yes, starting with a dangerous and very busy road that must be approached carefully by turning towards the path leading to the Manor (and the same when leaving). Watch out for the 9 nasty donkeys on the path leading to the house (they are hardly visible, drive very slowly).
Where can I park?
In a field set up for this purpose, just to the left of the green gate. Everything will be indicated. Be careful on your way home, we have not planned a shuttle.
What is the RSVP deadline?
March 15, 2022.
What is the dress code?
We are organizing a country wedding, at home. If you dream of putting on suspenders, a floral dress and a straw hat, this is the opportunity.
What will the weather be ?
Normally, it should be between 15 and 24° this season. Take a little sweater, the evenings stay cool.
Can I wear heels?
Forget stilettos. We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes that allow you to walk and dance on the grass all night long.
Are there any wild animals in the area?
There are mostly big mosquitoes. We are on the edge of the Loire, their favorite playground. Take something to protect yourself (spray, cream, etc.).
Can I come accompanied?
Yes, if you notify us early enough.
Can I come with my children?
We would prefer to avoid taking on the responsibility of supervising small children (the pool will be open) but we will have a babysitter on Saturday evenings if needed. Don't forget to take all the necessary equipment!
